First Time Visit


To ensure a smooth experience during your first appointment with us, we kindly request that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to allow ample time for completing the necessary paperwork and answer any questions you may have. Also, for your therapist to explain to you what to expect and how to get on the massage table. Please note that late arrivals will not be reimbursed for the time missed and will ONLY receive the REMAINING time that was originally scheduled - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Late Arrival Policy


All scheduled appointments will begin and end on time in order for staff to stay on schedule. Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointment will receive ONLY the Time Remaining and will be responsible for the Full Amount of the service. To avoid this from happening please arrive 5- 10 minutes before appointment time. This will also allow you time to use the restroom, if needed, and undress and get comfortable on the massage table and ready to enjoy your massage.


Please be Aware


  1. Please do not schedule on a day that you have other obligations (Doctor, hair appointments or similar) that could prevent you from getting to your appointment on time or at all. You will receive time remaining if you are late, and you will be charged the full amount of the service. You will also be charged the full amount if you do not make it to your appointment. We cannot reschedule at the last minute. Please avoid doing this.
  2. It is not recommended to schedule a surprise appointment for someone else. They may have plans they can not change or get out of. In this case YOU will be RESPONSIBLE for the FULL Amount of the service.
  3. Double check your appointment date before you complete your scheduling. We may be booked out for some services and the next available may not be when you are expecting. You will receive a confirmation instantly upon scheduling, so please double check your date and times.


Cancelation and No Show Policy

We ask that you please cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least a 12 hours notice. Clients who cancel with less than 12 hours or do not show up for an appointment scheduled will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled.
